Does the person I pay need Monet?
No. Eligible external recipients can receive money in a supported bank account or local wallet without downloading Monet.
Can clients pay my business in dollars?
Eligible verified U.S. business accounts can receive supported ACH or wire payments using issued account details. Availability depends on verification, state, and account eligibility.
Will I see the exchange rate first?
Yes. The live quote shows the rate, any fee, and what the recipient should receive before you confirm the payment.
Does Monet file payroll taxes?
No. Monet helps organize and send payments. It does not calculate, withhold, file, or remit payroll taxes.
